This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

Parts of this website offer users an opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Easy Startup does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments before their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Easy Startup, its agents, and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Easy Startup shall not be liable for the Comments or any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

Easy Startup reserves the right to monitor all Comments and remove any Comments that can be considered inappropriate, offensive, or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

If you are one of the organizations listed in paragraph 2 above and are interested in linking to our website, you must inform us by sending an e-mail to Easy Startup. Please include your name, your organization name, contact information as well as the URL of your site, a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to our Website, and a list of the URLs on our site to which you would like to link. Wait 2-3 weeks for a response.

Approved organizations may hyperlink to our Website as follows:

  • By use of our corporate name; or
  • By use of the uniform resource locator being linked to; or
  • Using any other description of our Website being linked to that makes sense within the context and format of content on the linking party's site.

No use of Easy Startup's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

Content Liability​

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that are raised on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

Reservation of Rights​

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us at any moment. We will consider requests to remove links, but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.

We do not ensure that the information on this website is correct. We do not warrant its completeness or accuracy, nor do we promise to ensure that the website remains available or that the material on the website is kept up to date.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

The limitations and prohibitions of liability set in this Section and elsewhere in this disclaimer: (a) are subject to the preceding paragraph; and (b) govern all liabilities arising under the disclaimer, including liabilities arising in contract, in tort, and for breach of statutory duty.

As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

Refund and Cancellation Policy​

  1. We follow a reliable refund policy to let our customers feel privileged about their association with us. Please read the guidelines governing the refund policy.

  2. If you wish to cancel your account, notify us at least 15 days before end of your term (via an email to [email protected]) . Upon cancellation, your data is deleted from our servers. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.

  3. Your subscription gets renewed automatically at the end of each month You can upgrade or downgrade level of our services at any time of your usage, however Easy Startup does not refund any fees in that case

  4. If you stop using our services in between the term, we will not refund you the fees paid by you for the remaining term

  5. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Easy Startup service(s) for any reason, without notice at any time.

  6. Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, Easy Startup may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or investigation, or otherwise, forcefully removed our branding) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the services offered by us.

Note: No refunds are offered, even if a plan is canceled mid-month.

Monthly Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policies​

Easy Startup charges and collects in advance for use of the SaaS service. All services rendered are non-refundable. Once a customer selects a subscription plan and provides billing information, Easy Startup will calculate a pro-rated amount with the first payment due on signing.

All subscriptions monthly, quarterly and yearly renew automatically on their due renewal date according to date of purchase until officially cancelled in writing. Customers may cancel anytime by emailing a notice to: [email protected]

If we notice that there has been an overuse or misuse beyond our terms, or if there are extra charges incurred during your usage we might contact you to readjust the cost and take action accordingly either with the renegotiated cost or by charging you instantly or in the subsequent month for the extra costs.

Customers will receive an email from Easy Startup confirming that their subscription to the SaaS service has been cancelled.

Important: No refunds or credits for partial months, quarters or years of service will be refunded to a customer upon cancellation.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and the customer is responsible for payments of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

The fees that Easy Startup charges for the monthly, quarterly, or yearly services exclude phone, and Internet access charges, as well as other data transmission charges. Any currency exchange settlements are based on the customer's agreement with the payment method provider. To be clear: these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Customers have the ability to upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan for the SaaS services at any time. For any kind of upgrade or downgrade in subscription, customer has to write to [email protected].

The chosen method of billing will automatically be charged the new subscription rate on the next billing cycle.

With regards to downgrades on a subscription, Easy Startup does not issue refunds or credits for partial months of service.

Easy Startup reserves the right to refuse/cancel a subscription to any of the SaaS services bought from easystartup.io, If Easy Startup refuses a new or renewing subscription/membership, registrants will be offered a refund on prorata basis of pending days in subscription plan bought with an additional cancellation charge of $5.00.

These above policies apply to all the SaaS services listed on Easy Startup unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials.
