With the right people or skills any product can be made great! Technology is no more the limiting factor in today's day and age. Anything can be done, nothing is impossible to build.
But the reason most products do not become great is because they start building more and more features which nobody needs or uses. So the simplest and easiest way to make a great product is to know what features to create.
User feedback is the information given by your customers about the quality of your product, customer service or any processes or transactions at your amazing company. There is no better or a more reliable source of knowledge about your company and its features than customer feedback.
